We have a booking service for Phuket Fantasea, Simon's Cabaret, Thai boxing, diving trips,
airline flights, bus tickets and taxi and minibuses.
Reception has an international phone and fax service. A free security safe service for deposit of
your valuables is available at reception.

channels, refrigerator and room phone.

There is a same day laundry service available.
Vehicle Hire
Reception is able to arrange the hire of a range of vehicles from motor bikes to buses at special
rates.
Airport Transfers
At the time of making your booking advise your flight number and arrival time and if you require to
be picked up we can arrange a taxi for 550 baht with pre-payment by credit card guarantee or
direct deposit. The driver will be waiting for you just outside the terminal exit doors with a sign with
your name on it.
Medical Treatment
In an emergency a doctor is on call but normally the Patong Hospital, which is just down the road,
can offer treatment.
Tailor Service
A free pick up and free quote service is offered or have a personalised hotel room measurement
and fitting by a custom tailor with over 30 years experience.
Thai massage is available at pool-side or in guests' rooms.

all day for those who want a sleep-in. Very early breakfasts may be ordered the night for those
going on very early trips or departing on early flights.
The bar offers a range of drinks at our side-walk tables or at pool-side or just relaxing on one of
the sofas watching a movie.
Room service is available from 7am to 10pm but drinks and light snacks can be bought at
reception all night.
